- OUR PROCESS -
Keep in mind, our process is easy because time is on our side. We are not fans of rushing, we realize rushing means one thing, stress, anxiety, costly mistakes and unhappy clients. With all of these potential challenges, we like to work with clients whose wedding or event are at least 6 months away (but we can accommodate any wedding and event clients whose treasured occasion is 3 - 4 months away) . A great timeline is:
- To contact us 6 to 12 months prior to your wedding to talk about your save the dates and custom invitations.
- 4 - 6 months prior to your wedding we work on your design, approval, printing and production processes.
- 8 - 10 weeks prior to your wedding your invitations are completed and ready to send to your treasured guest.
The custom invitation process can be very easy with time, however, if life caused a delay we are still available to assist.
Our 4 Step Process
Step 1: DISCOVERY CALL
Schedule a free 15-minute discovery call to see if we are a fit. After you hire us, we will have a 30-minute design consult.
Step 2: design proposal
We will send a detailed proposal for your custom invitations. The proposal outlines the specifications required in completing your custom design. Once you review and sign, the fun begins.
Step 3: design process
After signing the proposal, submitting a non-refundable deposit, and sending your design form we will start the design process. Our design process takes between 1 - 2 weeks depending on your response time. You will receive your design concepts electronically to review and approve. We provide 2 revisions/changes. After you design approval, you will receive a physical proof to review.
Step 4: Printing, Assembly & Shipping Process
Your design is completed and approved. .You will complete your invoice and start the printing process. Printing takes 1-2 weeks and if assembly is required, will take another 1-2 weeks. for assembly. Free ground shipping in the U.S., however, if you would like faster shipping, it is available at an additional cost.
